Tractel DB Poulistop 2

The Poulistop 2 is is a robust and light-weight manual pulley block with automatic brake function, designed for temporary lifting installations on construction sites. It is operated by a braided nylon rope and suitable for lifting loads up to 50 kg (including rope weight) and for lifting heights up to 30 meters.

Operation: the Poulistop automatic brake mechanism is activated if the rope moves in vertical position along the brake caliper. The brake caliper force depends proportionally on the load. The operator must operate the rope at an angle of 15° in order to release the brake.
