Honeywell Li-ion Tamer LT-ACC-ETS-5 Gen 3 5-Port Ethernet Switch

The Honeywell Li-ion Tamer LT-ACC-ETS-5 is a compact 5-port Ethernet switch designed for network communication within Li-ion Tamer Gen 3 lithium-ion battery off-gas detection systems.

The switch provides Ethernet connectivity between Li-ion Tamer system components, allowing hubs and other network devices to communicate with the Gen 3 Controller. It is particularly useful where additional Ethernet connections are required to expand or organise the internal Li-ion Tamer network.

Featuring five RJ45 Ethernet ports, the LT-ACC-ETS-5 provides a straightforward method of connecting multiple system components within a common network. Its compact industrial design makes it suitable for installation within electrical and control enclosures alongside the Li-ion Tamer Controller and associated equipment.

Unlike the PoE switches available for the Li-ion Tamer Gen 3 system, the LT-ACC-ETS-5 is intended primarily for Ethernet data communication rather than supplying Power over Ethernet to connected devices. Where PoE-powered Li-ion Tamer hubs are required, an appropriate Li-ion Tamer PoE switch should be selected instead.

System Integration

The LT-ACC-ETS-5 can be incorporated into the internal Li-ion Tamer Ethernet network where additional network connections are required. This allows system components to be brought together and connected back to the Gen 3 Controller for centralised monitoring and processing.

For installations using LT-ACC-HUB-POE-HON PoE Hubs, a compatible Li-ion Tamer PoE switch should be used where both Ethernet communication and power need to be supplied over the same connection.

Applications

The LT-ACC-ETS-5 is suitable for Li-ion Tamer Gen 3 systems installed in battery energy storage systems (BESS), data centres, battery rooms, industrial facilities, manufacturing sites and other locations requiring early warning monitoring of lithium-ion battery failure.

Its compact five-port configuration makes it particularly suitable for smaller networks or as an additional Ethernet expansion point within larger Li-ion Tamer Gen 3 installations.
